The students’ problems are redressed at the earliest, mediated by the Cell. The Grievances of students are received through a complaint box. Five teachers are members of cell. When we receive complaint / suggestion, the matter is discussed from the student concerned and it is discussed with the Principal. As per the suggestion of the Principal an enquiry committee is constituted to find out suitable solutions. If necessary the parents of the students are called to discussed with them. Proper counseling is given to the student.
Objectives of the Grievance Cell:
1.Upholding the dignity of the school by ensuring strife free atmosphere
2.The main aim of the grievance cell is to provide a peaceful, happy, and harmonious learning atmosphere.
3.To promoting cordial Student-Student relationship and Student-teacher relationship.
4.Encouraging the Student to express their grievances/problems freely and frankly, without any fear.
